Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
Stir in ginger-garlic paste and green chili, cooking for another minute for flavor.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and blend into the mixture.
Pour in 2 cups of water, bringing it to a boil.
Add the Maggi noodles and the tastemaker sachet. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.
If you prefer a saucier dish, add a bit more water. Stir thoroughly.
Remove from heat, garnish with fresh coriander, and enjoy your flavorful Maggi!
