Aam Ki Launji Recipe: A Sweet And Tangy Mango Delight

Heat oil, add whole spices, and let them sizzle for a minute. 

Toss raw mangoes in the oil, then add salt and turmeric, cook for a couple of minutes.

Add chilli powder and mix well.

Pour in water and cook until mangoes are just tender. 

Stir in jaggery, bring to a boil, and simmer for 3 minutes. 

Add chaat masala, black salt, and roasted cumin, adjust seasoning and serve.
