Heat oil, add cumin, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, and green chilies.
Stir in gram flour (besan), cooking until golden brown.
Slowly pour in tamarind water, stirring to avoid lumps.
Mix in turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder.
Add potatoes, drumsticks, and okra, and cook until tender.
Boil the curry, adjust salt, and serve hot with steamed rice!
