Cook 1 cup shredded chicken with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, and salt & pepper to taste.
Remove the crusts from 6 slices of white or whole wheat bread and flatten them with a rolling pin.
Mix in 1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) into the cooked chicken.
Place a spoonful of the chicken and cheese mixture on each flattened bread slice. Roll tightly.
Dip each roll into beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy on all sides. Serve hot!
