Lingkan Reang
Marinate chicken with salt, soy sauce, vinegar, and set aside for 30 minutes.
Blend onion, ginger, and garlic into a fine puree.
Heat oil in a wok, cook chicken on high heat until browned, then set aside.
In the same wok, cook the ground masala paste until oil separates, then add chili powder, ketchup, and green chili.
Add the browned chicken, mix well, and cook covered for 25-30 minutes.
Turn off the heat, stir in coriander leaves, and serve.
