2 ripe mangoes, 1 cup condensed milk, 1 cup full-fat milk, ¼ cup chopped dry fruits (almonds, pistachios, cashews), ½ tsp cardamom powder, Kulfi molds.

Boil the milk until it thickens slightly. Add condensed milk and cardamom powder. Stir for 5–7 minutes.

Finely chop the dry fruits (like almonds, cashews, pistachios). Mix half into the cooled milk mixture and set the rest for stuffing.

Remove the top portion of each mango, extract the seed, and hollow out the inside for stuffing.
