9 Yoga Asana For Better Eyesight 

Palming  Rub your hands together to generate warmth, then gently cup your palms over your closed eyes without applying pressure. Relax and breathe deeply for a few minutes to soothe eye muscles

Blinking  Sit comfortably with your eyes closed. Blink your eyes quickly for about 30 seconds and then close them for 30 seconds. Repeat this exercise to refresh your eyes

Sideways Viewing  Sit with your legs straight and your hands on your knees. Look to your right as far as you can without moving your head, then look to your left. Repeat this motion for several rounds

Up and Down Viewing  Sit with your legs straight. Look up as far as you can, then look down. Repeat this movement for a few rounds

Rotational Viewing Sit with your legs straight. Slowly rotate your eyes in a clockwise direction, then in a counterclockwise direction. This helps to improve eye flexibility

Nasagra Drishti  Sit with your legs straight and your back straight. Focus your gaze on the tip of your nose, keeping your head still. Hold the gaze for a few breaths, then close your eyes and relax

Trataka This is a concentration exercise involving gazing at a single point or candle flame without blinking. It helps improve focus and concentration

Shavasana The corpse pose helps relax the entire body, including the eyes. Lie down, close your eyes, and breathe deeply, releasing tension
