Lie on back, hug knees to chest, drop them to one side while extending arms out in a T shape. Repeat on other side.
Lie on back, knees bent, feet flat. Lift hips toward ceiling while keeping feet and shoulders grounded.
Start on hands and knees. Inhale, arch the back (Cow Pose); exhale, round the spine (Cat Pose). Repeat.
Kneel, sit back on heels, and extend arms forward with forehead resting on the floor.
Sit with legs extended, inhale to lengthen the spine, then exhale, reaching forward to touch the toes.
Lie on your back, hug your knees to your chest, and gently rock side to side for relief.
