RIVANSHI RAKHRAI
Tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear toward your shoulder. Hold for 5 seconds, then switch sides.
Fill your mouth with air, puffing out your cheeks. Move the air from one cheek to the other for 10 seconds.
Suck in your cheeks and lips to make a fish face. Hold for 5 seconds, then relax and repeat.
Tilt your head back and look at the ceiling. Pucker your lips as if kissing the ceiling. Hold for 5 seconds.
Slowly roll your neck in a circular motion, clockwise and counterclockwise, to tone neck muscles.
Press your tongue against the roof of your mouth and hold for 5 seconds, then release.
Pout your lips and tilt your head back, looking at the ceiling. Hold for 5 seconds, then relax.
