The tiniest bat is the Kitti's Hog-nosed Bat (Craseonycteris thonglongyai), also known as the Bumblebee Bat, which is native to Thailand and Burma. Its length ranges from 1.1 to 1.6 inches (30 to 40 mm), and its weight is about 0.05 to 0.07 oz.
It weighs 0.06 oz and is 2.2 in length. These birds' nests are incredibly little, measuring only 0.8 inches broad and 1.1 inches deep, which adds to their amazing size!
The Speckled Padloper Tortoise, found in South Africa, is the smallest turtle in the world. The size of males is 2.4–3.1 in, while the slightly larger females can reach up to nearly 4 in.
The Etruscan shrew weighs only 0.04–0.1 oz. It is sometimes referred to as the White-toothed Pygmy Shrew and the Etruscan Pygmy Shrew.
