Yakgwa is a traditional Korean honey pastry, made in honey, sesame oil, and ginger.
- 2 cups all purpose flour - 1/2 cup honey - 1/4 cup sesame oil - 1/4 cup grated ginger - 1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine flour, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and salt.
Knead mixture until smooth.
Shape dough into small balls.
Use a cookie cutter to create desired shapes.
Fry until golden and crispy.
