5 Simple Exercises To Improve Eyesight

Eye Rolling

– Sit or stand comfortably. – Look up and slowly circle your eyes in a clockwise direction for about 10 seconds. – Reverse the direction and circle your eyes counterclockwise for another 10 seconds. – Repeat this exercise several times.

Focus Shifting

– Hold your thumb about 10 inches in front of your face. – Focus on your thumb for 5 seconds. – Shift your focus to an object in the distance for 5 seconds. – Repeat this process for a few minutes.

Near and Far Focusing

– Hold a small object (like a pen) close to your face, focusing on it. – Then, shift your focus to an object in the distance. – Repeat this process, alternating between near and far, for a few minutes.

Figure Eight Eye Exercise

– Imagine a giant figure eight in front of you. – Trace the figure eight with your eyes, focusing on the imaginary lines. – Perform this exercise for a minute in both directions.

– Sit with your arm extended and your thumb pointing up. – Focus on your thumb as you bring it closer to your eyes. – Continue to focus until it becomes blurred. – Slowly move your thumb away while maintaining focus
