Sit upright, tilt your head back, pucker lips, hold five seconds, repeat five times.
Place fingers on eyebrows, gently pull upward, look up, hold five seconds, repeat five times.
Suck in your cheeks and lips to create a fish face, holding for five seconds. Repeat ten times.
Place fingers above eyebrows, gently push down while raising eyebrows. Hold for five seconds, repeat five times.
