5-Minute Sev Tamatar Curry: A Tasty Lifesaver For PG Students

½ to 1 cup water, ½ cup sev, pinch of salt, 1 tbsp oil, ½ tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp red chili powder, 1 green chili, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 small onion, 2 medium tomatoes.

Add Ingredients

Place a pan over a medium-low flame and add mustard seeds, chopped onions, cumin seeds,  and green chili. Saute for 1–2 minutes.

Add Aromatics

Add chopped tomatoes and a pinch of salt. Cook until it turns soft.

Mix Tomato

Once completed with above steps, add red chili powder, turmeric, and coriander powder. Combine well.

Add Spices 

Now add water to make a curry-like consistency. Let it boil for about 2–3 minutes.

Simmer

Your dish s now ready to serve. Garnish the dish with fresh coriander leaves and sev and enjoy!
