Melt 200g of dark chocolate in a microwave or over a double boiler.
Whip 300ml of cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Let the melted chocolate cool slightly, but not harden.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the melted chocolate in batches.
Mix until smooth and evenly combined.
Chill for 1-2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
