Mix 1 cup jowar flour, 1/2 cup warm water, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp dry yeast, 1/2 tsp salt, and top with tomato sauce.
Combine jowar flour, dry yeast, salt, and olive oil. Add warm water and knead into a dough.
Roll the dough into a thin pizza base using a rolling pin.
Spread tomato sauce, add your favorite toppings (veggies, cheese, herbs).
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the rolled dough on a baking tray and bake for 5 minutes.
Bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the edges turn golden.
