New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reached India. After a three-day visit to the US, other BJP workers, including JP Nadda, welcomed PM Modi at the Delhi airport this morning.
During this, slogans in honour of PM Modi were also chanted. Meanwhile, BJP chief JP Nadda and PM Modi also addressed the public. PM Modi thanked everyone.
Warm welcome at Delhi airport
In the capital Delhi, thousands of BJP supporters and workers accorded a tremendous welcome to PM Modi with drums. Preparations were made outside the airport. BJP president JP Nadda and other leaders congratulated PM Narendra Modi on his return from the US after bilateral talks with US President Joe Biden, the UNGA meet and the QUAD summit.
During his address, BJP chiefJP Nadda said, "PM Modi's friendship with US President Joe Biden is not new, it is an old relationship. The US President has repeated the same thing."
"PM Modi's visit to the USA proves that under his leadership, the world sees India differently. On behalf of millions of Indians, we welcome him on his return," he added.
PM Modi expresses gratitude
During his address, Prime Minister Narendra Modi hailed Bharat Mata. He also thanked all the people. After Narendra Modi's address, 'Modi-Modi' slogans rent the air.
Preparations made outside Delhi airport
Preparations were also made outside the Delhi airport for PM Modi's reception. Delhi BJP president Aadesh Gupta, seven MPs from Delhi, mayors of three BJP-ruled municipal corporations, NDMC members and senior BJP functionaries were also present to welcome PM Modi.
Delhi BJP president Gupta said all MPs have been asked to reach the technical area of the airport where a platform was set up.
