New Delhi: Hyundai is about to launch a new facelift model of the i20. Although this car will come in 2024, but its official pictures have come earlier in the global market. According to the company, the new Hyundai car will come in a new and stylish style. Along with this, many new features will be added to the hatchback.
This new Hyundai car can be bought in India in three color options – Gray Pearl, Lime Metallic and Blue Pearl. Apart from this, it will also come in Black, Red, Green and White shades in the global market. Apart from this, dual tone option will also be available with black roof.
Hyundai I20 Facelift
Minor changes will be made in the exterior-interior of this hatchback. In this, the design of the bumper can be updated at the front and rear. Apart from this, the grill has been given a black touch. Also, the place of LED DRL has also been changed a bit. The 2D logo will be given in the facelift model.
Its lower variants will get 16-inch alloy wheels and top variants will get 17-inch wheels. Slight changes will also be seen in the rear of the car. The car will get Z-shaped LED taillamps with a new design.
Hyundai I20 Facelift
Hyundai i20 will get 10.25-inch touch infotainment unit, 10.25-inch instrument cluster, smartphone connectivity, wireless charging, Bose sound system and multi-colored ambient lighting. Apart from this, advanced driver assist safety features will also be available in the car.
Hyundai i20 Facelift Engine
In the European market, the i20 facelift can be offered with a 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine. Mild hybrid technology will also be used in this. For transmission, it will be given 6-speed manual and 7-speed dual clutch automatic gearbox.
According to Hyundai, the new i20 will first be made available for sale in the European market. After this it will knock in other markets. However, there is no official information about when it will be launched in India. It will be produced at Hyundai’s Turkish facility.
