Viral: A LinkedIn user, Tanvi Khandelwal shares her positive experience of working at SoftGrid Computers. In the post, she shares the image of her computer screen which displayed the text, “Your Shift Time Is Over”, “The office system will shut down in 10 minutes,” and “PLEASE GO HOME.”

The company sets a reminder on employees’ desktops after an hour of their shift and issues a warning message. Khandelwal shared her enthusiasm for the workplace atmosphere, stating that people are naturally motivated to like their jobs.

Khandelwal claims that her employer is devoted to encouraging a healthy work-life balance by taking extra steps to make sure that workers don’t work after hours.
