Women quit job in 3 days: Joining a new job is a happy feeling but adopting the work culture and establishing a connection with a new colleague has never been that easy. Understanding your role and what the organization wants from you, how things function there, these are the things that decide the fate of the new joiner. 

However, many people work in adverse conditions as well. But the bad work culture forces many people to look for alternatives. A similar thing happened with a woman. It was only 3 days after joining the job, she got so upset with the work culture of the office that she left the job within. After doing so, she asked people on social media, if she had done anything wrong.

The woman wrote on Reddit, I started to work for a company on Monday. On Wednesday the boss called me to fire me… and because of this, I had to quit my job. I thought my mind was ready for this. I had a feeling that something like this could happen to me, so I took this decision. Did I overreact somewhere?

Talking about the reason, the woman said, the boss told her that she spend more than 10 minutes in the bathroom and do not work. The girl said that she was surprised to hear it from a boss. 

Boss asks funny questions

The boss said – even when there was more work, you were not working. While he never gave me any work. My colleague had assigned me some work that I was actually completing, said the woman.  

Why not today

The woman said He had given me time till tomorrow to decide. I immediately replied to him – said, there is no need till tomorrow. Let the decision be taken today itself. I am resigning immediately. I am not happy with the work culture here.
