Incidents of breaches of privacy of Pakistani influencers have not stopped lately. After Minahil Malik, and Imsha Rehman, Pakistani TV host and influencer Mathira has fallen prey to private video leaks. She became subjected to trolls after her explicit video surfaced online on various social media platforms. The unverified clips shows the influencer in compromising and intimate position. It has sparked widespread discussion.
Mathira Criticises Video Leak
Following the video leak and criticism, Mathira released a statement on X, where she alleged that people are misusing her name and photoshoots.
She wrote, “People are miss using my name and my photoshoot pictures and adding fake stuff in please have shame! Keep me out of this trashy nonsense.”
She said that pathetic attempt has been made to malign her character by circulating fake video. Mathira wrote on Instagram that she is hurt and disappointed at the people who are trying to cash in on. She further appealed to people to not twist and amplify her screen person to project something that she is not.
She even thanked her fans who supported her and spoke against cybercrime. At the end of her Instagram story, Mathira highlighted that perpetrators will have to face the authorities for the consequences of their illegal and immoral actions.

She slammed the people circulating her video. While the authenticity of the video remains questionable, her supporters have condemned the video leak. One user wrote, “Sab fake news hai koi leak videos nahi hai okay Pakistanio.” Another added, “You are among the few individuals in our industry who I hold in high esteem due to your unwavering support and commitment to integrity, which I deeply appreciate.”

32-year-old, Mathira Mohammad is a Pakistani model, television host, dancer, singer and actress. She has appeared in several music videos and hosted television shows. She was born in Harare, Zimbabwe. Mathira received education in Zimbabwe before moving to Pakistan with her family following unrest inZimbabwe. She made her debut in music videos of Jadugar, Desi Beat and “Nachdi Kamal” by Malkoo. She has hosted series like, ‘Love Indicator’, ‘The Insta Show with Mathira’ and ‘Desi Rapper.’ Mathira had married Punjabi singer Farran J Mirza in 2012, but the couple separated in January 2018. She has 2.6 million followers on Instagram.
