While placing an order from the hospital, he noticed a message on Blinkit’s interface: “We noticed your order is from a hospital. Sending you and your loved ones our warmest wishes.” Motwani praised Blinkit for going beyond usual customer service, showing genuine care that can lift someone’s spirits during a hospital stay.
Several LinkedIn users praised the company for its unexpected kindness, with some sharing similar experiences. One user recounted a recent hospital stay where they ordered items from Blinkit. Due to hospital security, the delivery person initially couldn’t reach their room. However, after speaking with them on the phone and sensing their condition, the delivery person persisted and managed to deliver the items with the help of security. Before leaving, the delivery person offered comforting words that moved them emotionally. This experience reinforced the belief in the power of small gestures to make a significant impact in life.
