New Delhi: Union minister Smriti Irani tweeted a video in which she has been seen teaching how to prepare tadka for khichdi to Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates at an event organised by the Ministry of Women and Child Development on Thursday.
In the video, the billionaire philanthropist is standing next to the minister, who is assisting him in preparing tadka for the khichdi. First, the minister pours oil into a pan, and then Bill Gates adds some ingredients. Soon, the tadka is ready to be added to the bowl of khichdi on the table next to the stove. Mr Gates serves it in a bowl near the end, tastes it, and nods his head in satisfaction.
