Indian supporters were elated, while Pakistani fans also praised Team India’s performance, particularly after Jasprit Bumrah’s match-winning display. A video showing Pakistani fans cheering for India and chanting ‘India, India’ and ‘Jai Hind’ slogans is now gaining popularity online.

The footage, posted on X (formerly Twitter), was filmed outside the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York following India’s exciting victory. In one clip, an interviewer asks a supporter of the Pakistan team why he is celebrating, to which the enthusiastic man responds, “I don’t need a reason to dance. And at the end of the day, we’re all Indians. Akhand Bharat, Jai Hind.”

The video also features a jubilant fan wearing a Pakistani jersey who enthusiastically chants “India, India.” Despite the usual hate comments and tension that often surround India-Pakistan matches, these optimistic and enthusiastic fans have brought a lighter and more positive atmosphere to the internet.

Some individuals expressed disbelief at the sight, with one comment questioning, “Why are Pakistanis chanting India?” Replies included memes, while others suggested that Pakistani fans were simply surprised by the outcome of the match.

Meanwhile, Indian supporters celebrated Team India’s remarkable comeback victory, particularly praising Jasprit Bumrah’s pivotal bowling performance, which turned the tide of the game.

Led by Jasprit Bumrah, the Indian bowling attack proved formidable, ultimately securing victory for India. Despite chasing a target of 120, Pakistan fell short by six runs, marking their second consecutive loss in the ongoing World Cup.
