Watch: Speedy car hits man on two-wheeler who was using smartphone while driving

Viral: IPS Kala Krishnaswamy shared the video of a man riding a two-wheeler while talking on the phone, then suddenly a car comes in at speed and hits him.

The officer tweeted the video with the caption in Malayalam, which reads in English, “While driving, your focus should be on the road and not on the mobile.”
