New Delhi: A video is going viral on social media of the Indian women’s cricket team dancing to the Tamil song “Tum Tum.” Ahead of the Women’s T20 World Cup, which begins later this month, the Indian women’s cricket team is now touring South Africa for a T20I Tri-Series.

The Mumbai Indians has just acquired a squad for the Women’s Premier League. The team also shared the video on their Instagram account with the message “Slaying the trend.”

Harmanpreet writes in her column for the ICC, “The Under-19 team’s victory provides added inspiration. Winning any world title is huge, and one will always remember this one since it was the inaugural edition of the championship. I congratulate the team for the historic victory and hope we can emulate them in the senior event.”

Harmanpreet Kaur says, “The success of the Indian women’s U-19 team in South Africa, would give the team more motivation as they pursue an elusive ICC trophy in the Women’s T20 World Cup, which starts on February 10.” On Sunday, India defeated England to win the first Women’s U-19 T20 World Cup. South Africa will also host the Women’s T20 World Cup.
