The video, seemingly filmed by a bystander, depicts the man confronting his wife and another man in a car before attacking her with the bat.

The man smashes the car window upon discovering his wife inside the vehicle with another man. He then proceeds to strike his wife with the bat, despite her pleas for him to stop.

In the video, the man accuses his wife of infidelity.

The man accompanying the woman in the car did not intervene during the assault and merely observed the incident.

Eventually, onlookers in the park intervened and halted the attack as the woman screamed for help.

Police confirmed that an FIR has been filed against the man based on the woman’s complaint.

“A complaint of physical assault has been lodged by the wife against her husband. The accused will be arrested soon, and proper action will follow,” a police official told India Today TV.
