New Delhi: BJP Lok Sabha member from Madhya Pradesh’s Rewa, Janardan Mishra is being talked about after a video of him went viral on social media.
In the video he can be seen using his bare hands to clean the restroom of a girls’ school in his district. The video has gone viral on social media.
MP Janardan Mishra was the chief guest
The MP visited the school in Khatkhari on September 22 to participate in a plantation programme as the chief guest. During his visit he saw the restroom being dirty and he decided to take up the job and clean it.
According to accounts, Mishra chose to clean the toilet himself by using only water and his bare hands. He did not wait for any tools, such as gloves or a brush.

National figures have always talked about cleanliness
On being asked about it, Mishra said, “Everybody should maintain cleanliness. From Mahatma Gandhi to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, they have given the message of cleanliness.”
He claimed that he cleaned the restroom to inspire people to maintain cleanliness.
Mishra also cleaned a school’s restroom in 2018, and a video of the incident went viral at the time. He has also operated a vehicle for waste collecting.
