According to a media report, while filing a compliant Dhangar said, “On Friday afternoon, a customer named Samarth Brahmbhatt reached the branch and started beating me. He slapped me three to four times, and even kicked me. When the other staff tried to intervene, Samarth’s friend Parth, who was accompanying him, kicked me.”

Dhangar claims that Samarth became irate with both him and the bank after being repeatedly contacted to provide a copy of his home insurance policy. Due to the fact that the client’s house was not mortgaged with the bank, the customer was required to submit his house insurance policy. However, it was discovered during an audit that the customer had not done so.
