Viral Video: Man Weaves His Own Seat On Crowded Train, Netizens Laud His ‘Jugaad’

A video from inside a crowded train has surfaced online and received funny reactions from netizens. The video shows a rope netted seat between two parallel berths of a coach. A passenger had weaved this seat for his comfortable and hassle-free journey on a crowded train. The man is seen weaving a cot between two berths by using a rope. As he tightens the rope to secure a spot, fellow passengers look at him surprisingly. Some take out their phones to record the man. This man has caught attention as this is the first time that someone has woven his own seat. Earlier, videos of people using bedsheets to create makeshift seats had gone viral. News 24 can’t independently verify the location and timing of the viral video.

How Did The Netizens React?

A user named Priya Singh shared the video on X with caption “Bharat Jugaad Pradhan Desh hai.” Netizens shared funny reaction on the video and commented “Naya Bharat ke nirman m sahyog karte yuva.” Users called it ‘Good’, ‘Superb’ and ‘Creative’ idea. One user even proposed award for the man and wrote, “Bhai ko award milna chahiye.” Another user added that “Railway people need to learn from passengers.”  While some users shared light-hearted reactions on the video, others pointed at grave issues concerning the safety and management.

Users highlighted the failure of Indian Railway and wrote, “It is the failure of the Indian Railway system that people are forced to travel by train by making all kinds of arrangements!” and “It’s an offence safety is not concerned here in case off mishap takes place railway authorities will take action defacing railway property how will the other passengers get down in getting down at their destination.” One user targeted the Indian Railways and wrote, “Indian railway is biggest circus in the world.”
