The passenger claims in the video that the officer didn’t give the change despite having a bundle of money. The passenger mentioned in the video, “I gave 50 rupees to him and asked him to provide a return ticket to Kandivali. And he is saying that he is not having change. However, he is having Rs 20 bundle.”
