A video has gone viral in the internet where a huge Chinese lantern released by a group of people has left the netizens awestruck. The Chinese lantern ascends to the sky with smoke and light. Sharing the video on X, Tathvam-asi wrote, “India is not for beginners, NASA time is gone, now it’s time to join spaceX.” The user pointed towards the ability of people to send the lantern to great height without any machinery help. Like the way rockets are launched with the help of launch pads. The video has garnered 2.5 million Views on X and over 32k likes. A user joking called it “Spacex diwali edition.” Another user wrote, “We gonna puncture the ozone layer with this one.” “This is so freaking crazy,” said one user. “Bus landing karani baki reh gayi hai varna SpaceX bhi pani maange,” commented another user. Netizens even dragged Tesla Motors CEO Elon Musk in the comment section. A user, Ananay added, “@elonmusk wants to know your location.” Netizens have shared funny reaction on the post and circulated various memes.

One user called it “That’s was an epic display of fireworks and engineering.” While some users appreciated the firework, others questioned the authenticity of the video. They added, “Is this a real video Or AI generated.”

IIT Dhanbad Students’ Diwali Stunt

Similar video of IIT Dhanbad students had also gone viral on the internet where students light up the firecracker, cover it with a big plastic drum and run away. Few seconds later, the cracker explodes with a loud noise and the drum soars up in the air, higher up to the fourth floor. The students then cheer up in amusement. The video has been shared on Instagram by Cis_tales and it has received 7.6 millions likes.

A user named Alok Chikku, shared the video on X and wrote, “Rocket Boys From IIT Dhanbad.” As the video surfaced online, users added funny comments on the post.
