Varanasi police garland, challan man for parking car in non-parking zone
Varanasi: A youth in Varanasi parked the car in the non-parking zone and left the place, and when traffic police came, they garlanded and challenged, requesting the netizens present theirs to applaud. In this case, the police said that if you want to reach your destination and avoid traffic jams, park your car or bike in the parking zone only.
In India, there is democracy and everyone has freedom; however, this freedom can occasionally produce problems for the people. Such liberty became a source of contention in Varanasi's no-parking zone, Kachari. A person parked his car here, which is typically incorrect. The traffic inspector who arrived at the scene then displayed Gandhigiri and garlanded the car driver with a flower, clapped with the crowd, and then cut the challan so that the individual remembers this challan before repeating the error.
When the residents of the neighbourhood saw this, they took to social media and demanded to remove the car be from Varanasi Police. As soon as the photo became viral, the phones of traffic officers began to ring, and traffic inspector Anurag Tyagi arrived on the scene. People inquired about the owner of the vehicle, but no one could provide a clear answer. Anurag Tyagi stated that we were just about to transport the car to the police station when the owner of the car appeared on the scene. He couldn't reply to anything when questioned, "This is no parking; how do you park your car here?"
Anurag Tyagi considered making this case an example because of the public confusion produced by this behaviour. Following this, a garland was instantly ordered, and the stated person was honoured by wearing a garland, and he was apprehended after cutting the receipt for 2500 rupees. Following the incident, the locals praised the police officers' working approach.
