A relative stated that Kamala Devi’s husband died, and there were no children to look after them and their property, so her brother-in-law’s son took the thumbprint on a fake will.
In the viral video, which has gone viral on the internet, a man, who appears to be a lawyer, is seen taking the woman’s thumbprint on some papers. The incident allegedly occurred in 2021.
Thumb impression of a dead woman taken forcibly on legal papers by a known family in Agra. Looks like it's an advocate getting it done. Act caught on camera!

Jitendra Sharma, the woman’s grandson, filed a complaint with the police, requesting that those seen in the video be prosecuted. Sharma stated that the deceased, Kamala Devi, was his mother’s aunt.
They allegedly transported her body away, claiming to be transporting it to an Agra hospital, before stopping the car and collecting her thumbprint on the will in the presence of a lawyer. Because the old woman used a signature rather than a fingerprint, the family suspected foul activity. After the video of the incident became viral on social media, the family’s suspicions were confirmed.
