In a tragic accident one of the most popular New York City-based automotive YouTubers, known online as 1Stockf30 whose real name was Andre Beadle, died in a car accident driving a high-speed BMW sedan on Nassau Expressway.
According to a report by USA Today, authorities said that Beadle, who was driving the BMW lost control and turned off the road and bumped into a metal pole at 1, a.m., on Sunday. The impact made Beadle’s vehicle jerk to the side of the highway, throwing Beadle out through the windshield. He was taken to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center where he was declared dead on arrival. The NYPD Highway District Crime Scene Unit has since opened an investigation into the accident.

Beadle, whose content included car culture but also street racing and automotive repairs, was quite popular; he had over 2.5 lakh followers on Instagram and 60,000 YouTube subscribers. His content focused on car culture, showcasing street races, car washes, and his work on various vehicles. He often featured his mechanics and gave viewers glimpses at race cars in his vlogs. A video uploaded earlier on Instagram also captured the car can soar 60mph (96.5 kmph) to 130mph (209 kmph) in 3.08 seconds. His recent YouTube upload, posted hours before the crash, documented him and his friends working on the BMW involved in the accident.
News of Beadle’s death has led to an outpouring of grief and tributes across social media, with fans and fellow creators sharing condolences and honouring his contributions to his efforts as well as the support that he offered to the automotive industry. An announcement posted on his Instagram page announced plans for a balloon release to honour his memory.
