The new Toyota Innova Hycross comes with a Zenix-like design. The upright grille on the dashboard looks like an SUV, a bit like the Corolla Cross that is sold in international markets. The sides of the Innova Hycross give it an MPV look with a long tailgate.

But interestingly, it is also similar to Toyota’s Veloz MPV, which is available in select international markets. There is a large greenhouse on the new MPV with 10-spoke alloys.
Inside the Innova Hycross, the design is completely different from the Crysta. There is a multi-layer digital instrument cluster dashboard with a semi-digital 4.2-inch MID display. You also get a 10.1-inch floating touchscreen for infotainment.
On the dashboard is a console for the gear lever, which creates a space between the front seats. While the base variants of the Innova Hycross have a single color finish, the higher variants come with a two-tone brown and black finish with Dark Chestnut seat upholstery.
Features
Higher Toyota Innova Hycross models also come with paddle shifters, connected car technology, JBL 9-speaker audio system, ambient lighting, multi-zone climate control and power tailgate. And for the first time, the Innova model has a panoramic sunroof.
The Innova Hycross has 7 and 8 seating arrangements, with the former featuring two captain’s chairs in the middle row along with an ottoman feature and a bench seat for the third row, while the latter has bench seats for the second and third rows. There are three-point seat belts for all passengers in the Innova Hycross.
Engine
Toyota’s new Innova Hycross has petrol and hybrid powertrain options, but no diesel engine. The powerful hybrid power unit has a volume of 2 liters and uses the technology of the powerful hybrid Toyota M20A-FXS of the fifth generation.
