Hyderabad: In a tragic incident on Friday night, a man lost his life while taking a selfie with his friend on Hyderabad’s Durgam Cheruvu Bridge. The fatal accident, caused by a speeding SUV, was captured in a distressing video that has since gone viral on social media.
The victim, identified as 27-year-old S. Anil Kumar, and his friend Ajay, aged 25, both residents of Hyderabad’s Yousufhuda, were struck by the vehicle. Reports indicate that the SUV driver fled the scene after hitting the duo.

Madhapur police reported that the victims were on the bridge, capturing selfies, when the speeding car collided with them. Both were rushed to a nearby private hospital for treatment, where Kumar tragically passed away in the early hours of Saturday.
The police have taken legal action under Section 304 (A) and 337 of the IPC and are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Meanwhile, another video went viral on X showing a confrontation ensued between a CISF jawan and a female tourist at the Taj Mahal in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, resulting in a physical altercation on Saturday.
Reports suggest that the dispute began over the filming of a reel within the Taj Mahal premises. The incident, captured in a video that has now circulated on social media, depicts the jawan pushing and striking the woman, causing her to lose balance and fall to the ground. Amid her attempt to retaliate, another man steps in to intervene, but tensions escalate as the jawan proceeds to slap and strike the woman with an umbrella. The altercation unfolds in the midst of the Taj Mahal’s crowded tourist area, drawing the attention of onlookers.
