Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s customer Ken Wilson found out that his electricity bill was increasing rapidly, so he took some measures to solve the issue but did not receive any positive results. Later, he thought to investigate the matter further.
Man Purchased Device To Track His Electricity Bill
The man later purchased a device to track his electricity usage and noticed that his meter bill was still increasing when his breaker was off. Wilson then contacted the Electric meter company and addressed the issue and explained everything including the measures he had taken.
The company Pacific Gas and Electric confirmed that the man had been paying his neighbor’s bill too since 2009, that was three years later after he shifted to that apartment.
The company acknowledged and accepted its mistake and has promised to resolve the issue.
