Viral: A video from Uttar Pradesh’s Prayagraj school is going viral on the internet. In the video, a teacher can be seen beating a student for not paying school fees. However, it is unclear whether the police have taken any action or not.

Ankit Singh, a Twitter user, shared the video with the caption, “Prayagraj student violently beaten by teacher for not paying fee; case reported from Khanpur neighborhood, Meja police station.”

In the video, it is seen that the boy was made to lie down on the bench by the teacher, who started beating him with a stick on his buttocks. At the end of the video, a female teacher is seen witnessing the entire incident and laughing.

However, this is not the first time a video of a kid has gone viral. An earlier news story featured a similar video from the University of Pennsylvania in which a teacher was seen beating a student in the stomach for not doing homework. Even he was heard berating him for defending himself by using his hand.
