A food delivery app has stepped into the buzz around YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia and comedian Samay Raina’s controversy, playfully poking fun at their show India’s Got Latent.
The food delivery app Magicpin posted an ad on social media featuring animated characters that looked like the panellists from India’s Got Latent.
Magicpin put up a billboard that says, “India’s Lost Talent. Comedy ki limit honi chahiye par discounts ki nahi (There should be a limit to the extent of comedy, but that shouldn’t be the case for discounts) Looks like they served up some spicy humor with their promotions!
The ad showed animated characters that looked like the panellists from India’s Got Latent, smiling at the bottom. Magicpin shared the ad on X with a playful caption: “Can we bring back the magic in comedy?” They also used hashtags for ‘standup comedy’ and ‘India.’

The controversy around India’s Got Latent began when Ranveer Allahbadia, widely known as BeerBiceps, made comments on Samay Raina’s show which people found offensive. As the backlash grew, Allahbadia apologized on Monday.
However, the apology did not help much, as multiple complaints were filed against him, Raina, and social media influencer Apoorva Mukhija.
A case has been registered against them.
