Plane’s tire falls on ground as it takes off, watch video
New Delhi: A video is making rounds of social media in which one of the burning tires of a plane fell on the ground. The incident, as per media reports, took place somewhere in Italy.
In the video, one the tires of the plane can be seen leaving a tail of smoke in the air and eventually falling on the ground.
A Twitter user who posted the video of said, "A tire of Boeing 747-400 Dreamlifter caught fire and lost its wheel during take-off." The tire jumps several times after hitting the ground.
However, it didn't deter the plane from landing safely at the destination airport. The aircraft successfully landed in North Carolina in US, media reports say.
