Taking immediate action, Mr. Singh reported the incident to the police. A case was registered against the restaurant’s manager, chef, and the supplier responsible for the chicken. They face charges related to adulteration of food and endangering the safety of others.
This isn’t the first instance of such disturbing incidents. In a similar case last month, a Twitter user alleged discovering a dead rat in a dish served at a renowned restaurant in Ludhiana, Punjab.

The incident gained attention when a video showing a rat covered in gravy went viral on social media. The restaurant refuted the claims, accusing the customer of tarnishing their reputation.
Such incidents underscore the importance of stringent food safety measures. Consumers expect restaurants to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
