New Delhi: Leaving your laptop on when you are away from your desk in the office can have unpredictable consequences. Recently, something similar happened with a Zomato employee. The incident occurred when an employee named Niharika left her laptop open while leaving the desk.
Looking after the opportunity her mischievous co-worker thought to have fun. He sent a message on Slack that read “Hey guys, want to share a life update, I am getting married in February. Please be free at 5:00 pm for a small brownie party.”
Sharing the screenshot on X (Formerly Twitter) Niharika shared a screenshot of the message advising the users to never leave their laptop on while away from the desk.
