They say true love knows no boundaries and that’s exactly what happened in a heartwarming story from Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh. A groom named Aditya showed the power of love when his bride, Nandani, fell ill just before their wedding.
The couple was supposed to get married on May 1st, on the occasion of Akshaya Tritiya. But just five days before the wedding, Nandani became very sick and had to be admitted to Punjabi nursing Home in Biaora town.
Since the next good wedding date (muhurat) was two years away, the families decided to go ahead with the weding, in the hospital itself.
No Garden, No Hall – Hospital Became the Wedding Venue
On Wednesday night, groom Aditya arrived at the hospital with a full wedding procession, complete with band, music, and even riding a horse. The wedding mandap was set up inside the hospital, and all rituals were performed with traditional Vedic mantras.
Aditya Took 7 Pheras While Carrying His Bride
Since Nandani was too weak to walk or sit for long, Aditya carried her in his arms and took all seven wedding rounds (pheras) around the sacred fire right there in the hospital mandap. He also put sindoor in her hair and tied the mangalsutra, completing the wedding.
Everyone Praised the Groom’s Love and Devotion
The rare and touching wedding caught everyone’s attention. People who saw it praised Aditya for his love, courage, and commitment. The story is now going viral on social media as a beautiful example of true love.
