Motivational speaker and YouTuber Vivek Bindra is in soup for the reasons more than one. He is facing charges of domestic violence by his second wife Yanika. As per the latest updates, police have received the medical reports of Yanika that confirm the assault after which the YouTuber can be called anytime for further investigation.
Another case that has engulfed Bindra is an allegation of a multi-level marketing scam by YouTuber Sandeep Maheshwari who recently uploaded a video with the title ‘Big Scam Exposed’ and ‘exposed’ Vivek Bindra’s educational policies.
As if this wasn’t enough, the founder of Career360 (an educational product and services company), Maheshwer Peri has jumped into the controversy with guns and bullets. The entrepreneur has dived deep and analyzed the balance sheet of Vivek Bindra’s organization. He remarks – Find me a worse affiliate or multi-level marketing scam?
Thread: The Bada Claims of Vivek Bindra:
1. This man started off as a motivational speaker, uses a concoction of religion, nationalism and appeals to the inane need to make easy money. Like all charlatans, he has the gift of the gab. He was exposed by @SandeepSeminars too.---Advertisement---— Maheshwer Peri (@maheshperi) December 20, 2023
In his tweet thread of 10 points, Peri has hit the policies and scams of Vivek Bindra left, right and centre.
He also raised how Bindra peppers words like billionaire, entrepreneur, and monthly income of 5 to 20 lakh rupees for the courses. Other major points that he brought to the fore about Bindra are –
1. Bindra writes Dr. Vivek Bindra after bagging a doctorate in philosophy from a Srilankan university that’s named ‘Open International University For Complementary Medicine’. The university is so renowned that its website doesn’t open.
2. He has many fake programmes in his institute, namely an MBA course of 10 days. Peri said that the ministry of education should take cognizance of it. Bindra also has a ‘unique’ course named ‘International Business Consultant’ that assures a candidate to earn up to 20 lakhs per month and the course fee is Rs. 50,000. But instead of becoming an international consultant or an entrepreneur, students are becoming a salespersons and are eventually given targets to bring students to pursue this course.
3. Besides the course fee, Bindra charges a non-refundable franchisee fee that accounts for 74% of his revenue.
On my part, I can support with a good lawyer and even fund the legal expense, if 100 students come together and want to get their refund. But the action has to be initiated by the victims. I have done my job by investigating and putting the facts together.

It doesn’t seem like it will be easy anytime soon for Vivek Bindra as Maheshwer Peri lambasted his education model and assured complete support including a lawyer and funding legal expenses to students if they come in a considerable number around 100.
