What Could Be The Reason?

What is truly astonishing is that the doctors successfully managed to deliver the baby, as procedure in such cases can be challenging. The doctors stated that one possible reason for the baby’s large size could be the mother’s nutritional diet during pregnancy. However, the mother claimed that she did not follow any special diet and ate regular meals including lentils, rice, roti and vegetables.
