Since 2020, the global private aviation sector has been experiencing growth, driven by the preference of the super-rich for private jets over scheduled flights due to convenience. In 2023, FIVE, a luxury hotel brand owning three properties in Dubai, launched the 9H-FIVE party jet in the city, further highlighting the trend, with the UAE leading in private aviation.
Guests of FLY FIVE and anyone who hires the jet can enjoy the luxury for about $15,000 (₹12.5 lakh) per hour. This rate is significantly lower compared to the cost of purchasing an ACJ TwoTwenty valued at $100 million (₹837 crore). Private jets typically operate at altitudes of approximately 40,000 to 45,000 feet.
This jet offers an impressive non-stop flying time of 12 hours, easily covering trips such as Dubai to London or Tokyo.

Unlike typical private planes with corporate designs, the ACJ Two Twenty aircraft incorporates LED mood lighting, electro-chromatic window shades, two 55-inch TVs, an in-flight sound system with a curated playlist, smart technology touchscreens, high-speed Wi-Fi, and ample space for dancing. Airbus has introduced this new business jet in collaboration with Comlux, according to reports.

The cabin dimensions are 78.1 feet in length, 10.8 feet in width, and 6.6 feet in height, featuring a Master Suite with a king-size bed and an onboard shower for refreshing before landing.
The jet has the capability to fly non-stop for 12 hours, covering distances such as Dubai to London or Tokyo. It features a full kitchen and a dining table for eight, providing guests with menus from FIVE’s hotel restaurants when they feel hungry.
According to CNN, VIPs and heads of state have booked FLY FIVE’s aircraft 9H-FIVE more than 50 times for flights across various regions, including Europe, the USA, the UK, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia since it commenced operations in April 2023.
