Crumble shared a comical screenshot of a frustrated customer’s frustrations over delayed delivery. BlinkIt didn’t let go of the opportunity to poke fun at Crumble. Crumble responded to that without batting an eyelid and pointed to a recent delivery failure by BlinkIt.
BlinkIt received about 515 likes for its comment, and Crumble’s diss received more than 1,500 likes.
Crumble once shared a screenshot of the customer service chat between one of their delivery workers and a customer. The customer had sent a picture of someone who looked dead, claiming that it was his friend who died as he was waiting for his food. The delivery worker replied, “Tire flat, hurrying to your delivery, sir.” Crumble posted this, accompanied by the caption, “Sugar Down?
BlinkIt commented, “Lol, can’t even deliver a biscuit and they want to be Pakistan’s top brand,” which means that they blame Crumble for not being able to succeed in the small things while striving for huge success.

Here Is The BlinkIt Underwear Controversy
A man from Himachal Pradesh ordered men’s underwear from quick commerce platform BlinkIt. The delivery that came in a plain brown paper bag shocked him when he found with women’s panties instead of the Jockey men’s underwear he ordered.
He was completely shocked by the mistake, trying to return it or refund, but could not. He frustratedly posted it on his social media, and it quickly went viral with over 3.3 million views.
In a tweet, he said, “Hello Blinkit what is this? Ordered Jockey men’s underwear and got something else. How to return the thing? Already raised a complaint at your help center, but yet to get a return/ refund.” The company reportedly refused when the man approached BlinkIt for a refund, after which he decided to let it slide.
