According to media reports, the incident occurred Thursday night after the cruise left ‘the Castilian coast in Spain and was on its way to Miami.

While sailing, the cruise was struck by strong winds, creating panic among the passengers who struggled to balance themselves. Objects like shelves and tables can also be spotted crashing in the viral video. The footage shared on micro-blogging platform X by a user named @FearedBuck has garnered over 2 crore views. While speaking to CBS News, Jonathan Parrish, a passenger onboard described the terrifying ordeal. He said that he was watching a show in the cruise theater when he realized it made a “hard right turn” followed by a second, ‘more intense’ turn. After this, the show was abruptly stopped and passengers left the theater.
