Two Delhi riders have captured all on video in a terrible fight with a traffic cop after they had taken the riders for supposedly wrong way driving without helmets, as per sources, traffic cops were attacked at Madhuban Chowk under Maurya Enclave police station area.
The traffic staff were on duty controlling the traffic when two youths were coming towards them on a scooter without helmets coming the wrong way and were stopped. After the police asked for documents, they became belligerent and started fighting.
During the fight, other 3-4 companions of the accused came to the scene and shoved/ pushed the cop. The cop’s uniform was tasered in the attack, and a constable’s mobile phone was taken in the incident too. A video of the complete incident is also now circulating, where the accused was seen beating the cops with sticks.
Legal Process
In terms of the incident that occurred, the police wasted little time in taking action. The police report confirmed that Mohit, 28 years old and Parveen, 34 years old, both of Pitampura were arrested.
In terms of this matter, the FIR 3472025 has been registered at Maurya Enclave police station, and the police are currently engaged in further investigations.
